Orders and payment

Orders are confirmed after successful payment. Customised and personalised orders require 100% advance payment. Cash on Delivery is not available.

Customisation

Confirm all names, photos, messages, colours, themes and delivery details before preparation. Orders cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded after payment and once customisation has started.

Handmade products

Colours, flowers, ribbons and packaging may vary slightly. If an item is unavailable, we may offer a similar item of equal or higher value while preserving the theme.

Pricing and availability

Prices may change without notice; the confirmed booking price applies. Product and urgent-delivery availability depends on location and materials.

Thread Artistry photographs, designs, logo and content may not be copied without permission.
