Returns & Refund Policy

Every hamper is handmade and many orders are personalised for the customer.

Returns and exchanges

• Customised or personalised hampers cannot be returned for change of mind.
• Exchange is considered only for a damaged or incorrect product.
• Report the issue within 24 hours with clear photos and an unboxing video.

Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and preparation has started, it cannot be cancelled. Customised orders require 100% advance payment.

Replacement or refund

After verification, we may offer a replacement, suitable resolution or refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
